Hello Cossiporeans! As we step closer to having our first reunion
everyone cant help but feel how many years have gone since we last seen
our C.E.S. How many years since we walked through those gates. How many
years since we last walked those corridors. The corridors of C.E.S. Those
isles that we walked everyday. Corridors that still bring a smile to our
faces. The venues of so many addas, jokes, fun, frolic, quarrels,
fights, punishments, break-ups, romantic conversations and not so
romantic conversations Remember how we used to make that song?
"Bhalobasha mane Cossipore corridor!” Corridors that have seen busy feet
walk up and down. Corridors that have seen that irregular student being
punished for not cutting their nails, not having the shoes polished
(those hated prefects and captains). Corridors that have seen the
victorious football teams run up and seen the defeated muddy ones come
back. Corridors that have seen the keel-downs and "jheel ke us paars”.
Corridors that have echoed the school prayer at every assembly, that
have stoop up to the National Anthem every morning. Corridors that have
cradled the tears, the smiles, the joy, the gloom and everything else in
the lives of all Cossiporeans. For more than a decade of our lives
we have walked down those corridors every single day, never giving it a
thought. But now that we are away from it all. Doesn’t it make you
wonder, how much a part of it we were? How much a part it were of us?
How much of our lives was within those corridors? So today lets go back
to those corridors once again.
Tell us your fondest memory of those Corridors of C.E.S. We’re waiting!!!
